Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Merchant Cancellation

SMV ECOM reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing inaccuracies.
• Payment verification failure.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incomplete customer information.

Cancellation Refund

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
