RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Exceptions

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargeback Policy
